Terike Haapoja at Amos Anderson Art Museum 19.8.–31.10.2011
Terike Haapoja has together with sound designer Tuomas Norvio and the Senior Scientist at VTT Tatu Harviainen built an unique installation at the Amos Andersson Art Museum’s autumn of 2011. The installation on view at the Amos Anderson Art Museum is a picture of a landscape. It is a dark and silent labyrinth, which viewed through virtual glasses, is teeming with life.
The Work Group has designed a spectator-centred work, the likes of which has never been seen before in Finland. In the Edge of the World exhibition, the museum-goer is taken on an adventure into the wilderness by putting on a pair of virtual glasses
